波蘭5萬人上街示威 抗議礦工之女強權政治

波蘭首都華沙4日發生大規模的示威，抗議總理希德沃的強權政治，前總統科莫羅夫斯基等在野黨政治人物與民眾合計約5萬人在華沙市中心遊行。



根據日本共同社5日引述波蘭通信社報導，6月4日是原本在共產主義體制下的波蘭於1989年開始舉行自由選舉的紀念日。這場示威遊行的主辦者認為：「89年的時候，我們立場一致又團結，現在已經失去了團結」，因此，批判現今政權，「絕對無法原諒從我們這邊剝奪自由的事情」。



憲法法院於今年3月判決總理貝婭塔·希德沃（Beata Szyd?o，1963年4月15日）的司法改革方案違憲，但礦工之女出身的希德沃拒絕承認，並強行進行可能弱化司法機能的改革，也強化對媒體的控制。



根據德國之聲3月9日報導，憲法法院在華沙進行聽證後指出，改革草案的多處條款均與波蘭憲法相抵觸。這部改革法案要求，判決必須獲得3分之2的多數同意才能生效、憲法法庭至少要由13名法官組成、以及法庭必須按時間順序依次審理案件。憲法法院首席法官澤普林斯基（Andrzej Rzeplinski）表示，上述改革將阻礙法庭可靠和順暢地完成工作。



今年1月，歐盟委員會已對波蘭的改革法案展開法治國家調查程序。除了司法改革，新的媒體法也受到批評。如果調查結果是認為該國法治受到威脅，最高懲罰措施將可剝奪波蘭在歐盟決議機構的表決權。



根據法新社去年10月底報導，被指定擔任總理的希德沃是礦工之女，畢業於克拉科夫（Krakow)的亞捷隆大學（Jagiellonian University），以南部小鎮布爾茲扎克茲（Brzeszcze）鎮長的出身崛起政壇，2005年成為法律正義黨旗下國會議員。



身為國會議員，席多在墮胎、人工受精及遏止歐盟成員對女性施暴的伊斯坦堡公約（IstanbulConvention）等議題上，都積極捍衛黨的保守派立場。席多在大選前，就滿懷熱情穿梭全國，開出減稅、提高社會福利支出，擴大家庭補助等選舉支票。同時誓言降低退休年齡，對銀行和外商大型超市予以課稅。
